Guinness Stout Braised Beef Stew
I absolutely adore stews and I enjoy Guinness, so of course I am a huge fan of this Guinness stout braised beef stew. This stew is savory, fulling, and comforting. The added Guinness adds a special depth of flavor and rich smokiness to the dish.
This stew goes great with many hardier breads, mashed potatoes, Irish soda bread, and even salad.
