Roasted Carrots With A Maple Butter Glaze
This is a recipe for roasted carrots topped with a maple butter glaze. I like to roast the carrots in the oven using a neutral flavor oil that can stand high temperatures, such as avocado oil, vegetable oil, grape seed oil, or sunflower oil. High heat can burn and damage both butter and maple syrup and alter their flavors negatively, as a result I prefer to make the maple butter glaze separately and add it to the roasted carrots once their are done.
