Glazed Carrots
Roasted carrots with a sweet and buttery glaze.

- 1 lb Peeled carrots
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Ground
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 Tbsp Maple Sryup
Preheat oven to 375℉
Peel and slice the carrots in half length wise.
Toss with oil, salt and pepper
Place in a single layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 mins.
While carrots are roasting melt butter with maple syrup in a small saucepan.
Once carrots are cooked remove from oven and drizzle on the butter and maple syrup onto carrots. Serve and enjoy!
