Glazed Carrots

Roasted carrots with a sweet and buttery glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Peeled carrots
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Ground
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Sryup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉
  • Peel and slice the carrots in half length wise.
  • Toss with oil, salt and pepper
  • Place in a single layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 mins.
  • While carrots are roasting melt butter with maple syrup in a small saucepan.
  • Once carrots are cooked remove from oven and drizzle on the butter and maple syrup onto carrots. Serve and enjoy!
