Brussel Sprouts And Bacon

Easy roasted brussel sprouts with bacon that are sure to steal the show!

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Brussel Sprouts halved
  • 12 oz Bacon thick cut
  • To Taste Salt and Ground black Pepper optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Slice bacon into bite size pieces (about 1/4 to 1 inch) and render in pan until bacon starts to crisp around the edges about five mins.
  • Toss halved brussels sprouts with rendered bacon/fat and black pepper and place on sheet tray with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins or until desired doneness .
  • Taste for saltiness and add more salt if desired. Depending on the bacon, there is a good chance no additional salt is needed.
  • Serve with your favorite main dish and enjoy!
