- 1 lbs Brussel Sprouts halved
- 12 oz Bacon thick cut
- To Taste Salt and Ground black Pepper optional
Preheat oven to 375.
Slice bacon into bite size pieces (about 1/4 to 1 inch) and render in pan until bacon starts to crisp around the edges about five mins.
Toss halved brussels sprouts with rendered bacon/fat and black pepper and place on sheet tray with parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins or until desired doneness .
Taste for saltiness and add more salt if desired. Depending on the bacon, there is a good chance no additional salt is needed.
