Heat a stock pot over medium high heat and add oil and ground turkey. Cook Turkey until browned about 5-7 minutes.
Add diced onion and cook until soften about about 4 minutes.
Add minced garlic and spices cook until fragrant about 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beans, and chicken stock and lower heat to medium low.
Simmer covered for 30-40 minutes.
Once done serve with our your favorite choice of toppings such as: Sliced Avocado, Chopped Cilantro, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sliced Jalapeno.
