Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Tricolor Carrots
  • 2 oz. fresh thyme (Dry works as well)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉. While oven is preheating peel cut carrots in half lengthwise and place into a bowl
  • Toss carrots with olive oil, salt and thyme.
  • Place onto parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-15 mins or until preferred doneness.
